When I'm reversing a protocol or working with unknown data points, I like to have a good hexdump utility handy.  On Linux I've used lamont_hdump() which I borrowed from Nmap which Fyodor borrowed from Lamont Granquist.  I needed something for Windows recently, so I came up with my own.  I'm including it here so other people don't have to write it themselves.  Sample output:
