Ramblings of a wireless hacker
Ramblings of a wireless hacker
“[People see] you as a guy who sits in a dark room hacking away until he breaks whatever he's trying to break...and then emerges victorious with a hacker tool and some basic documentation. Then he posts it to a website, attends a conference to show the world the nightmare that awaits them, and then retreats to the dark room to start over.”

After many years of procrastinating, I’ve put together a website to catalog the tools, papers, articles and presentations I’ve written, and as a resource to help keep people (especially my former students!) current on wireless projects I’m working on and emerging attacks in wireless security.
I’ve grouped resources by offensive and defensive tools. Some of my projects run a blurry line between offensive and defensive, so you might want to check both if you don’t see what you are looking for. Questions, comments, suggestions or concerns are most welcome: jwright@hasborg.com.
Enjoy.
